These Terms of Use and all other legal documents incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms”) set forth the legal contract between each visitor (“you” or “your”) and Bayrock Real Estate and its affiliate companies (“Bayrock,” “we,” or “us”) with respect to access to and use of its internet properties including, without limitation, www.bayrockrealestate.com, subdomains of www.bayrockrealestate.com, microsites, mobile websites, and Bayrock Real Estate profiles on social media sites.
By using the Site you acknowledge and represent that you (i) have read these Terms (which is hereby incorporated by reference) (ii) understand them, (iii) accept and agree to be bound by them, (iv) are able to form legally binding contracts, and (v) agree to comply with all laws and regulations (including any policies of your company) applicable to you, to the use of the Site, and/or the internet. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, we are unwilling to grant you access to the Site and use of our products.
1. Access to Services, Products and Site
For so long as you agree to these Terms and abide by them, you may use the Site, Services and Products. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, Services and Products. “Services and Products” means any training program and consultancy services provided by Bayrock Real Estate, including the Mastering The Modelling Test and Investment Grade Real Estate Modelling. "
2. Site ownership
The content of the Site includes, without limitation, (i) logos, service marks, Bayrock Real Estate trademarks, brands and brand names, product names, trade dress, trade names and other distinctive identification; and (ii) products, services, text, images, photographs, and (iii) the design and structure of the Site, Products and Services. Bayrock Real Estate content is the property of Bayrock Real Estate and is protected by law including, but not limited to, copyright, patent, and trademark law. The reproduction, transmission, distribution, sale, publication, broadcast, circulation or dissemination of any Bayrock Real Estate content by you, or by you through any other person or entity, is prohibited.
3. Use of Products and Services
While using the Products and Services, you agree to the following:
I.You Are Responsible for Your Financial Decisions. Bayrock Real Estate does not take any responsibility for any financial investments made using any Services and Products provided by Bayrock Real Estate. The information and opinions contained on our Products and Services are provided for informational purposes only, are subject to change without notice, do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. Nothing contained in the Products and Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or other advice nor is to be relied upon in making a decision. Bayrock Real Estate will not be responsible for (i.) any direct loss, (ii.) for any indirect, special or consequential loss or (iii.) for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data. Bayrock Real Estate urges you to obtain the advice of financial advisors, insurance agents, brokers, attorneys, accountants and/or other qualified professionals who are fully aware of your individual circumstances before you make any decisions. You acknowledge and agree that you rely on your own judgment.
II. Products And Services Are Non-transferable To Other Entities. The users of any Products and Services provided by Bayrock Real Estate acknowledge that such Products and Services are non-transferable. Users agree that they will not transfer, re-sell or provide other entities with the Products and Services of Bayrock Real Estate. Doing so will involve legal action against both parties. Distribution of Products, password entries and logins will be monitored and checked.
III. Discrepancies Within Our Products. Bayrock Real Estate does not take any legal responsibility for any discrepancies or blemishes within our Services and Products. Should these occur, they will be corrected at the earliest convenience.
4. Product Refunds
Purchasers and users of Bayrock Real Estate acknowledged that refunds are not available for Mastering The Modelling Test and Investment Grade Real Estate Modelling digital download products.
